1. What she can do for you:
I am here as a resource for any issue you might come across. If you have an issue with garbage and illegal dumping, I can help! If you have a parking concern in front of your business, I can help! If you are wondering how you can improve safety for property, business, employees, and customers, I can help. Or if you need a listening ear, I can help! Give me a call or shoot me an email and I am happy to come by and chat. Also, I have training in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design, so I can check out your space and provide suggestions to help protect your property from crime. Never hesitate to call!
2. What is a common question you get from Ratepayers?
The most common question I get is “What can we do to fix the problems we are dealing with?” First and foremost, call me! Let me know when you have an issue and I will get creative with solutions and work to alleviate the pressure. Then, contact your elected officials! Let them know what you are dealing with and that you expect change. It is easy to get frustrated, but don’t give up.
3. Favorite place for a quick bite in SODO?
Deli Seoul! Go for the kimchi fried rice, stay for the donuts.
4. What surprises you the most about SODO?
I don’t know if this surprises me, but I am always overjoyed to witness the compassion of our neighbors everyday. The people of SODO are truly the best and I am so thrilled to be able to work with you all!
5. Favorite hangout spot in Seattle?
When I am not in SODO, you can often find me running on the many trails we have in the PNW. I have to give a shout out to our neighbors on the other side of I-5, Seward Park. The many trails in the park create opportunities for a new adventure every visit without leaving the city! Also, not too far from SODO, I recommend the Alki Trail. A flat and easy route with great views of the Port, Downtown and the Stadiums.
6. Fun Fact:
Seven years ago I moved to Seattle with two suitcases in my hands and had never been further West then Pittsburgh. No plans to leave yet!
