The SODO BIA responds to a variety of issues and concerns to keep SODO safe, clean and a great district to do business in.

The Clean Team is a proactive program to support businesses in maintaining a clean and healthy environment through regular rotating cleanings and by addressing ratepayer concerns.

Staff are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. If you have a service request outside of business hours, please leave us a detailed message and we will follow up on the next business day.
Issues we can respond to include:
  • Illegal Dumping
  • Homeless Outreach
  • Pressure Washing
  • Graffiti Removal
  • Providing District Info
  • Connecting You to the Appropriate Service Providers
