Located in the former Seattle Cider space, @gasworksbrewing is brewing small batches, experimenting with new ideas, and dreaming up big plans for the taproom, including food, games, TVs and more.

Join the SODO BIA and community members as we clean up a small park in SODO. Located on the SODO Busway, a busy hub for commuters, the park is need of some landscaping work, power washing, and litter clean-up.

The SODO BIA is seeking food trucks and vendors to participate in the Tailgate on Holgate event series, a series of pre-game tailgating events held in SODO during the 2026 football season.
Tailgate on Holgate brings together sports fans, SODO businesses, and the broader community for food, beverages, entertainment, and game-day festivities prior to select home games. The events will take place along Holgate Street in the heart of Seattle’s stadium district.
How to Apply: Interested vendors should submit their proposal and supporting materials using the Google Form. Selected vendors will be contacted directly with additional event details, participation requirements, and next steps.

Last Friday, the SODO BIA, Alliance of Pioneer Square, and CID BIA came together to thank the businesses and ratepayers who helped make this summer’s World Cup a success.
It was a great evening at the @mariners game celebrating partnerships, resilience, and community during an unforgettable month of games!
5 new murals. 14 neon beacons to local businesses. 140+ visitors to the SODO Welcome Center. 443 block faces power washed. 1500+ lbs of trash removed. 1000+ attendees at every @victoryhallsea watch party.
Numbers say a lot, but they all demonstrate one thing: community.
